We are sharing the Executive Summary of Rhode Island's Health Benefits Exchange approach to our Contact Center for public review and comment. Please provide comments by January 18th. All input will be considered and incorporated as appropriate.

Summary

Rhode Island is requesting Contact Center services to support the Health Benefits Web Portal in the form of staffing, administration, a facility and hardware (phones, computers). The Contact Center will both support the public in using the Web Portal and provide an alternative channel for members of the public who don't choose to use the Web Portal.

The public comment period for Input on Rhode Island's Contact Center has closed, but we're still interested in your questions and feedback for the Exchange. You can contact us any time at Exchange.Info@governor.RI.gov.
